Our Story

In April 2017, Phyllis J. Randall founded the Loudoun Commission on Women and Girls to assess the many risks and challenges women and girls face, and to address those challenges.

The Commission has several standing committees, each of which is focused on a critical area of need and is chaired by an expert in that area. The Commission is managed by a volunteer leadership board and is a component fund of the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, and is independently funded through private donations.
