LCWAG Seeks Executive Director to Lead Next Chapter of Impact

The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) is seeking a passionate, mission-driven leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of an organization dedicated to advancing equity, advocacy, and empowerment for women and girls across Loudoun County.

About the Opportunity

The Executive Director will serve as the chief administrative and executive officer of LCWAG, working closely with the organization’s Board of Directors to guide strategy, strengthen community presence, and expand impact.

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) with an annual salary of $45,000. While the role supports remote work, it also includes regular in-person engagement throughout Loudoun County—ranging from events and meetings to community partnerships.

About LCWAG

The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and nonpolitical organization dedicated to fostering leadership development and building an inclusive community for women and girls in Loudoun County.

Through education, collaboration, and empowerment, LCWAG works to ensure that every woman and girl in Loudoun has equitable opportunities to achieve personal and professional growth. The organization operates as an independent 501(c)(3), funded through grants and private donations.

What the Role Entails

The Executive Director will lead across several key areas:

Organizational Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations and organizational effectiveness

• Support and manage part-time staff, contractors, and volunteers

• Partner with the Board of Directors to set and execute strategic priorities

• Represent LCWAG in the community at events, meetings, and public forums

• Lead communications, marketing, and media engagement efforts

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Board Treasurer

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee required filings

Fundraising & Community Engagement

• Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Build and sustain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners

• Lead fundraising events and grant writing efforts

• Expand strategic partnerships to increase visibility and impact

Who Should Apply

Compensation & Work Environment
