      <image:title>Mission - The Commission</image:title>
<image:caption>  In April 2017, Phyllis J. Randall, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Loudoun County, founded the Loudoun Commission on Women and Girls to assess the many risks and challenges women and girls face, and to develop potential solutions to those challenges. The Commission has eight standing committees, each of which is focused on a critical area of need and is chaired by an expert in that area. The Commission is a component fund of the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, and is independently funded through private donations.</image:caption>
