What is Woman emPower?
Economic freedom through employment and entrepreneurship has been a key focus area for LCWAG since its inception. However, we also recognize that more is needed to help professional women in Loudoun County experience success.
Starting in 2024, the scope of Employment and Entrepreneurship has expanded to meet the needs of women in our community. LCWAG provides skills training, strategies, resources and partnerships to support women’s personal and professional ambitions throughout the year.
