Advancing Economic EmPOWERment

LCWAG has long supported women’s economic independence through employment and entrepreneurship. In 2024, we broadened this focus in response to community feedback.

Survey data revealed strong interest in career certification, workshops, webinars and online learning. Younger women emphasized the need for credentials and technical skills, while mid-career professionals preferred flexible, ongoing development. Interests span business, healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship.

Our expanded initiatives provide year-round training, resources and partnerships to support women’s growth across industries and career stages.
