The 2026 Summit will focus on Voice & Confidence, a theme created to help girls recognize the power of who they are and what they have to say. This summit is all about encouraging girls to speak up, share their ideas, express themselves, and build the confidence to show up fully in every space they enter.

Whether at school, at home, with friends, online, or in the community, girls are constantly making choices, building relationships, and discovering who they are. The Voice & Confidence Summit will provide a fun, supportive, and inspiring space where girls can connect with others, learn from mentors, explore real-life topics, and walk away feeling encouraged, empowered, and ready to use their voice.

This half-day event may include powerful keynote remarks, interactive breakout sessions, small-group conversations, hands-on activities, and opportunities to engage with mentors, subject matter experts, and community partners. Sessions may explore topics such as self-expression, healthy communication, mental wellness, leadership, identity, decision-making, media literacy, confidence-building, and positive relationships.

Most importantly, the summit will remind girls that they do not have to wait to be leaders. They can lead right now — by speaking up, making thoughtful choices, supporting one another, and believing in the strength of their own voice.
